After you have made a reservation with InsideEats, please read the following information carefully to
ensure you have a fantastic dining experience!
Confirmation
· After you make your reservation online, please wait up to 24 hours for an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation after this time, please contact members@insideeats.com.au.
· For same day bookings, if you do not receive an email confirmation by 1 hour before your reservation time, please contact us immediately.
On The Day
· After your booking is confirmed, simply arrive for your reservation on the day. Your booking will be under your name.
· There is no need to reconfirm your reservation with the restaurant or bring any coupons or vouchers.
Late Arrivals
· Please ensure all of your guests aim to arrive at least 10 minutes before your reservation time.
· If you are running late, please phone the restaurant directly to let them know.
· The restaurant strictly reserves the right to withhold insider pricing and/or cancel your booking and allocate your table to other guests if all of your guests have not arrived within 10 minutes of your reservation time.
Insider Pricing
· To receive insider pricing you must book through InsideEats. We have exclusive restaurant contacts that offer insider rewards for our members only.
· Sometimes in the hustle and bustle…
On the rare occasion that insider pricing is not applied, simply remind the restaurant that you booked with Inside Eats.
· If you have any issues on the day, please keep any receipts and email members@insideeats.com.au within 24 hours of your reservation.
Changes and Cancellations
· If you need to make any changes to the date, time or number of diners, please call the restaurant directly. Changes will be subject to the restaurant’s availability.
· On the rare occasion you need to cancel a booking, please follow the relevant instructions:
- For cancellations outside 4 hours of your reservation time, head to your Booking History, via your Account page. Simply click on the Cancel button next to the appropriate booking. Your booking fee will be refunded in full within 48 hours.
- For cancellations within 4 hours of your reservation time, please call the restaurant directly to cancel. In this instance, we will credit your account with your booking credits.
· For Group Bookings of 6 or more, please ensure you provide at least 24 hours notice of any cancellations.
· Please ensure you notify us or the restaurant for any cancellations. Otherwise, you will be marked as a no show and may be suspended from using InsideEats' services.
No Shows
· Failure to notify InsideEats or the restaurant of a cancellation and not arriving for your reservation will result in you being identified as a no show.
· We may choose to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to InsideEats' services if you are identified as being a no-show on more than 2 occasions within a calendar year.
· The above may also apply to excessive changes and cancellations on more than 2 occasions within a calendar year.
